
Rachael Leigh (born October 4, 1979[1]) is an American model, actress and singer. She was a part of the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) and also in the TV series Into the West and Perception. She also has voiced various characters in Robot Chicken, Tifa Lockhart, and Josie and the Pussycats of Final Fantasy. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis to Thomas Howard Cook, a stand-up comic as well as a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and cookery instructor. [2] She is of some Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she made an appearance in a press release about foster care. At the age of 10, Cook began to work as a child printer model. The work included national ads for Target and appearances on Milk-Bone dog biscuits containers. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
